Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Custom glass orders are non-refundable once fabrication begins.

We reserve the right to substitute equivalent materials if original items are discontinued or back-ordered.
Emergency board-up or repair services are provided based on technician availability.
